The Juniper Ridge Difference
We believe our puppies are out of this world because of the care taken in selecting the very best dogs for our program and raising our puppies well. Our breeding dogs must pass structural evaluations, uphold our temperament requirements and meet a variety of standards before being considered a breeding prospect. They must be confident, human focused, trainable, kind and have an innate off switch.

-
parents are fully health tested, have passed our temperament and structural requirements and have been evaluated by a professional dog trainer
-
pairings are carefully selected with structure, health and temperament in mind (color is icing on the cake)
-
we don't breed more than two litters at a time (and that is rare) to ensure each puppy receives the individual care they deserve
-
raised in home by our family
-
we utilize tenants from various puppy curriculums including Puppy Culture
-
puppies are desensitized to crates early in life
-
encouraged to walk on various footing such as laminate, concrete, wood, tarps, uneven surfaces, moving bridges and narrow beams
-
introduced to grooming (dremel, high velocity dryer, clippers, brushing and baths)
-
leash training beginning at 7 weeks
-
house training is well started through the use of litterboxes
-
desensitized to loud noises such as blow dryers, trains, fireworks, airplanes, ATV's, vacuums, etc.
-
given age appropriate challenges to overcome in a controlled environment that builds confidence, intelligence and curiosity such as teeter totters, wobble boards, barrier challenges, steps, pools, ball pits, uneven ground, tunnels, ramps and boardwalks
-
Early Neurological Stimulation (ENS) that desensitizes puppies to a variety of touch and stimulation that promotes the healthy handling of stress throughout life
-
Early Scent Introduction (ESI) because dogs learn so much with that sniffer and by introducing puppies to many scents we get those neurons firing--much like classical music to an infant
-
introduced to a variety of animals such as strange dogs, cats, rats, cows, horses, donkeys, goats, chickens, ducks, geese and deer
-
FREE 30 days of Trupanion pet insurance
-
health guarantee
-
Go Home Bag containing large sample of food, toy, blanket, treats, training clicker, binder with important information and other goodies

Our puppies receive two Neopar vaccines, their first combo vaccine from a Veterinarian, deworming at regular intervals and a Vet check before going home with you. Dew claws are removed and Poodles tails are long docked to breed standard unless otherwise noted. Perhaps most valuable of all is a lifetime of support from us for your Juniper Ridge puppy. We loved them from the beginning and are excited to entrust you with our precious little ones.
